Why employee health matters
Anxiety in the workplace is bad for business.
44% of Americans are feeling stressed, anxious or sad because of burnout from work. And 64% of Americans report their companies don’t have policies to support wellness or prevent burnout. Source: All Points North Lodge (APN Lodge)
However, this is a solvable problem. Research shows that for every US $1 invested in scaled-up treatment for common mental disorders, there is a return of US $5 in improved health and productivity.

HOW IT WORKS
Employees attend a Mental Health Night
Your employees will be invited to attend a mental health night, led by Noble’s Co-Founder and Clinical Director, Dr. Kevin Skinner. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the Anxiety Growth Session, what they can expect if they choose to participate, and ask any questions they may have.
Onboard those that want to join
Once they have decided to participate in the Growth Session, your employees will be sent an invitation via email to create their Noble account. Upon creating their account, they will gain access to the daily video content, a dedicated mental health professional, and weekly Q&As with Dr. Kevin Skinner.
Dashboard of what's happening
You will be given access to a dashboard where you can view real-time anonymous data on employee participation and progress, so you can better understand and support your team.
Outcome Report
At the end of the Growth Session you will be given a report that shows the outcomes of the session, which are measured through pre and post-session assessments.
